Lara Sowinski currently serves as Group Editor for the CropLife Media Group. She has led the content strategy for several leading food and global supply chain journals during her career, with a particular focus on cold chain management, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, technology, sustainability, transportation, and distribution. Sowinski was the first recipient of the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association’s “Russell Award for Editorial Excellence” and is a member of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM).

Eric Sfiligoj currently serves as Editor for CropLife® and CropLife IRON® magazines and as Senior Editor for AgriBusiness Global™ magazine. He began working at Meister Media Worldwide in 2000. Eric is a graduate of Cleveland State University and started out working for a beverage trade magazine in 1987. Sfiligoj currently serves as a board member for the Mid America CropLife Association and was the recipient of the Ruth White Media Award in 2007.

Matt Hopkins is Senior Online Editor for the Agribusiness Group, and works on the CropLife®, CropLife IRON®, AgriBusiness Global™, PrecisionTech Ag Professional, and Cotton Grower® brands. He is responsible for managing an array of online products, including e-newsletters, websites, video, and social media. Matt originally joined Meister Media Worldwide in 1994 as an editor for Greenhouse Grower® magazine before transitioning to Business Manager of its MeisterPro division. He has a communications degree from Cleveland State University.

Dan Jacobs, as Senior Editor of CropLife magazine, is responsible for the content of print and online articles. Dan has a bachelor’s degree in English literature and a master’s in education and has been with Meister Media since September 2014. He is a member of ASBPE and the Press Club of Cleveland and has nearly three decades of journalism experience, having worked at a variety of business publications.
